Self-leadership: Thriving in Uncertainty is a focused workshop designed to help participants explore their personal relationship with uncertainty, develop tools for navigating it more skillfully, and cultivate the internal clarity needed to lead themselves and relate to others in times of change.Â

This experience draws on the foundations of Coherent Change Leadership, combining elements of emotional fluency, personal coherence, and reflective practice.Â
