Recommendations: Tailored advice to guide your change strategy — including tensions to hold, stakeholder mapping, engagement approaches, and sequencing.
Ongoing advisory: A series of recurring advisory and coaching calls to help you navigate emerging challenges and adapt the strategy in real time.
